Refund & Cancellation Policy — BuzzDealTechnology

At BuzzDealTechnology, client satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of digital services and custom software development, refunds and cancellations are governed by the following policy:
1. Project Cancellation
- Cancellations made before the official project initiation are eligible for a full refund.
- Once the project has started and development work has commenced, only partial refunds may apply based on the work completed.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via official email.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds will be calculated after deducting costs for completed milestones, design work, development hours, and administrative charges.
- No refunds will be provided once the project has been delivered, deployed, or approved by the client.
- Advance payments for domain, hosting, third-party tools, licenses, or APIs are non-refundable.
3. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
Important: As we provide digital and customized services,
refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of BuzzDealTechnology
based on project progress and contractual agreement.
